Cancellation & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be processed and returned to your original method of payment.
Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after 30 days.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be in its original packaging
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Please do not send your return directly to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

• Customized products unless defective
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted for:
• Items not in their original condition
• Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within several business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
1. Recheck your bank account
2. Contact your credit card provider
3. Contact your bank (processing delays are possible)

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or discounted items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at sxdxll@outlook.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping

You are responsible for your own return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the item is valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
